A long time ago too and now just based on our statistics alone there are a staggering amount of business usng RSS to deliver a large portion of their marketing. The cost effective nature of RSS lies in its ability to deliver like email could in the early 90's - that is 100% spam free. Hang on world because the bubble will burst soon.
